目前,我国分类推进的事业单位改革已经正式实施。这次改革的总体目标十分明确,选择的路径十分务实,为事业单位改革顺利推进、取得成功打下了坚实的基础。关于事业单位改革成功的标准问题,从不同的角度、不同的层面,可以列出许多具体标准,而且仁者见仁,智者见智。但从最关键、最简明、最通俗等方面综合考量,应突出这样的“三好”标准,即“单位职能履行好、内部机制活力好、社会综合效益好”。 At present, the reform of classified institutions in our country has been formally implemented.
