分析了传统球磨机在矿物加工流程中能耗突出的问题。基于节能的观点,以及球磨机的变速工作方式,球磨机转速应处于震荡交变变化方式下。通过Adams下磨机动力学仿真分析,结合理论分析,根据钢球充填率随球磨机运行时间的变化,确定了球磨机转速的交变规律,设计了基于80C196MC单片机的球磨机PWM电动机调速模块的软硬件结构。对比传统球磨机,在提高效率的同时有效降低了能耗,提高了生产率和生产品质。
The problems of traditional ball mill in energy consumption in mineral processing are analyzed. Based on the energy-saving point of view, and the ball mill speed change mode of operation, ball mill speed should be in the oscillation alternating change mode. Based on Adams lower mill dynamics simulation analysis, combined with theoretical analysis, according to the change of ball filling rate with the ball mill running time, the alternating law of ball mill speed was determined and the software and hardware structure of ball mill PWM motor speed regulation module based on 80C196MC singlechip was designed . Compared with the traditional ball mill, it can effectively reduce the energy consumption and improve the productivity and the production quality while improving the efficiency.
