本文阐述GCr15轴承钢表面氮离子重叠注对钢的表面硬度、耐磨性及接触疲劳寿命的影响。研究结果表明,氮离子重叠注可提高轴承钢的性能而不影响轴承的表面粗糙度和尺寸精度。附图4幅,表6个。
This article describes the GCr15 bearing steel surface nitrogen ion superimposed on the steel surface hardness, wear resistance and contact fatigue life. The results show that nitrogen ion injection can improve the performance of bearing steel without affecting the bearing surface roughness and dimensional accuracy. Figure 4, Table 6.
