自制排石汤联合体外冲击波碎石治疗输尿管壁段结石临床研究

目的探讨自制排石汤治疗输尿管壁段结石的临床疗效。方法选海慈医院输尿管壁段结石患者290例,均已经过影像学诊断明确,根据患者意愿分为A、B、C三组:A组口服排石汤治疗、B组体外冲击波治疗组、C组体外冲击波+排石汤治疗组。随访患者两周后对各组排石率、排石时间、并发症发生率进行统计学分析(P<0.05有统计学意义)。结果 A组排石率56.3%,排石时间8.8±1.6天,并发症发生率71.3%。B组排石率77.6%,排石时间(6.9±1.2)d,并发症发生率96.4%。C组排石率91.8%,排石时间(4.7±1.3)d,并发症发生率43.8%。C组的排石率(91.8%)明显提高,而且排石时间(4.7±1.3)d、并发症发生率(43.8%)等均优于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制排石汤联合体外冲击波碎石能显著提高输尿管壁段结石的排石率,缩短排石时间,减少并发症的发生。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of self-made Paishi Decoction in the treatment of ureteral wall stones. Methods 290 cases of ureteral wall stones were selected from Haicheng Hospital. All of them had been diagnosed clearly by imaging examination. According to their wishes, the patients were divided into A, B and C groups: A group treated with Paishi Decoction, B group treated with extracorporeal shock wave, C In vitro shock wave + Paishi Decoction group. Patients were followed up for two weeks after each group of stone row rate, row of stone time, the incidence of complications were statistically analyzed (P <0.05 statistically significant). Results A group of stone discharge rate of 56.3%, row of stone time 8.8 ± 1.6 days, the complication rate of 71.3%. In group B, the rate of stone discharging was 77.6% and the rowing time was 6.9 ± 1.2 days, the complication rate was 96.4%. In group C, the rate of stone discharging was 91.8%, the discharging time was 4.7 ± 1.3 days, and the complication rate was 43.8%. In group C, the rate of stone removal was significantly improved (91.8%), and the time to stone rowing (4.7 ± 1.3) d and the complication rate (43.8%) were superior to the other two groups (P 0. 05) . Conclusion Self-made Paishi Decoction combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy can significantly improve the stone wall rate of ureteral wall stones, stone row to shorten the time and reduce the incidence of complications.
