In this paper, primary cultures of 51 fresh colorectal cancer resection specimens were performed, and the sensitivity of these cases to 10 chemotherapeutic drugs was tested by MTT method to evaluate the sensitivity of different chemotherapy drugs to colorectal cancer. 1 Materials and methods 1.1 Case selection A total of 51 patients in this group consisted of 28 males and 23 females.
