在国防部(DOD)的指导下,实验室联合指导委员会(JDL)成立了一个传感器融合委员会,它们开发出的数据融合结构非常成功。该结构的目的在于在数据融合研究者之间,建立一种标准的和通用的语言。JDL开发的结构主要为了军事应用。不过,当国际政治和经济气候急剧变化时,反映快速变化着的环境是极其重要的,因此,必须把重点放在灵活的处理能力上,以便容易接收各种工业/商业要求。 本文从JDL数据融合结构和其它非军用融合结构必不可少的功能元件组成的简短评论开始。本文的主要目的是指出那些在传感器融合研究界和应用界引起混乱的某些重要的问题,并且向实际工作人员提供应用指导。
Under the direction of the Department of Defense (DOD), the Laboratory Joint Steering Committee (JDL) has formed a Sensor Convergence Board that has developed a successful data fusion architecture. The purpose of this structure is to establish a standard and common language between data fusion researchers. The structure of JDL development is mainly for military applications. However, when the rapidly changing international political and economic climate reflects the vital importance of a rapidly changing environment, it is important to focus on flexible processing capabilities to ease the acceptance of various industrial / commercial requirements. This article begins with a brief review of the JDL data fusion architecture and other essential components of a non-military fusion architecture. The main purpose of this paper is to identify some of the important issues that cause confusion in the world of sensor fusion research and applications and to provide practical guidance to practitioners.
