目的研究仙人掌属植物米邦塔仙人掌Opuntia milpa的化学成分。方法应用色谱方法和光谱分析分离和鉴定化合物。结果从米邦塔仙人掌醋酸乙酯部分分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、1-十七烷醇(2)、5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛(3)、丁香醛(4)、香草醛(5)、对羟基苯甲醛(6)、松柏醛(7)、对羟基桂皮醛(8)、槲皮素-3-甲基醚(9)、2,6-二甲氧基苯酚(10)。结论化合物3~10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Cactus Opuntia milpa in Cactus. Methods Chromatographic methods and spectral analysis were used to isolate and identify compounds. Results Ten compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Opuntia pygeum and identified as β-sitosterol (1), 1-heptadecanol (2), 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furfural (3) (4), vanillin (5), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (6), cypressin (7), cinnamic aldehyde (8), quercetin- 6-dimethoxyphenol (10). Conclusion Compounds 3 ~ 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
