目的 :探讨肝脑清注射液中细菌内毒素鲎试剂检查法。方法 :用不同厂家的鲎试剂对不同批号的肝脑清注射液分别进行干扰试验 ,考察确立肝脑清注射液细菌内毒素检查法。结果 :肝脑清注射液不干扰鲎试剂与细菌内毒素的凝集反应。结论 :肝脑清注射液可以用鲎试剂检查法取代家兔热原检查法。
Objective: To investigate the method of bacterial endotoxin test in Gannaoqing injection. Methods: Interfering test was performed on different batches of Gannaoqing Injection with different manufacturers of Tantalum Reagents, and the bacterial endotoxin test of Hepatic Granule Injection was established. Results: Gannaoqing injection did not interfere with the agglutination of limulus agents and bacterial endotoxin. Conclusion: Liver and brain Qing injection can replace the rabbit fever pyrogen test method.
