黄河下游游荡性河道的形成有其不利的来水来沙条件,造成目前河势的不稳定也有其不利的边界条件。小浪底水库投入运用初期下泄清水会引起游荡性河道的强烈冲刷。水库的调水调沙运用应使游荡性河段塑造出有利的河槽形态,但需要与下游河道整治紧密结合,使河势尽快稳定。经过多年的研究,水库应尽可能保持较大的调沙库容,使更多的泥沙由较大的洪水输送,通过滩淤槽冲塑造高滩深槽,并充分利用窄深河槽输水输沙能力大的特性多输沙入海。
The formation of the wandering channel in the lower reaches of the Yellow River has its unfavorable conditions of incoming water and sediment, resulting in the current instability of the river and its unfavorable boundary conditions.
