基于以往对固体热交换问题的研究,提出了一种新的适合于粗轧带坯宽向温度分布的仿真方法,并对热交换系数的优化提出有效的经验值估计区间法。仿真实验结果表明:新的仿真方法改善了仿真数学模型的形式,并且利用经验值估计区间的参数优化法大大地提高了运算效率。
Based on the previous research on solid heat exchange, a new simulation method for rough temperature distribution of rough strip was proposed. An effective empirical interval estimation method was proposed for the optimization of heat exchange coefficient. The simulation results show that the new simulation method improves the form of the simulation mathematical model, and the parameter optimization method using the empirical value estimation interval greatly improves the computational efficiency.
