目的探究老年股骨粗隆骨折患者应用护理干预疼痛与术后髋关节活动度的影响效果。方法选取2015年5月~2016年4月我院收治的108例老年股骨粗隆骨折患者,将其随机分为对照与研究两组,各54例,对照组患者常规护理治疗,研究组患者应用全方位护理干预,观察并分析两组老年股骨粗隆骨折患者不同护理方法对患者疼痛即术后髋关节活动度的影响情况,包括两组患者不同护理治疗后髋关节活动度、疼痛评分以及并发症发生情况等指标。结果两组抽取的老年股骨粗隆骨折患者分别通过常规护理与全方位护理干预进行,结果显示持续治疗1月患者的髋关节活动度明显优于对照组,术后疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者发生压疮、尿路感染以及深静脉血栓等并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年股骨粗隆骨折患者应用全方位护理干预不仅能改善患者髋关节活动度,还可以提高护理的有效性,降低患者的疼痛程度,减少并发症的发生率,值得在临床护理中应用和推荐。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on pain and postoperative hip mobility in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods A total of 108 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into control and study groups, 54 cases in each group. Results The two groups of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures were routine nursing and omni-directional nursing intervention, the results showed that patients with persistent treatment of hip mobility was significantly better than the control group, the postoperative pain score was significantly lower than the control group, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications such as pressure ulcers, urinary tract infection and deep vein thrombosis in study group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of omni-directional nursing intervention in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures not only can improve the patient’s hip mobility, but also improve the effectiveness of nursing, reduce the patient’s pain and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worth to be used in clinical nursing and recommend.
