利用相关序列扩增多态性(SRAP)标记对来自四川省名邛台地(四川省境内的名山,邛崃,蒲江一带)的65份野生油茶种质资源的遗传多样性进行分析。从143对引物中筛选出多态性丰富,重复性好的19对引物,共扩增出清晰条带281个,其中多态性条带238个,多态性百分率为84.70%,遗传相似系数为0.59~0.96,聚类分析发现在相似系数为0.64时可将65份资源分为6个类群。实验结果表明名邛台地野生油茶种质材料间有着丰富的遗传多样性,为油茶种质的保护、育种和利用提供了理论依据。
The genetic diversity of 65 wild Camellia oleifera germplasm resources collected from Mentai Plateau in Sichuan Province (Mingshan, Qionglai, Pujiang, Sichuan Province) was analyzed by using the related sequence amplified polymorphism (SRAP) markers. Of 143 pairs of primers, 19 pairs of primers with abundant polymorphism and good repeatability were screened out. A total of 281 clear bands were amplified, of which 238 were polymorphic bands with a polymorphism percentage of 84.70%. The genetic similarity coefficient 0.59 ~ 0.96, cluster analysis found that when the similarity coefficient is 0.64, 65 resources can be divided into 6 groups. The experimental results show that there is a rich genetic diversity among wild Camellia oleifera germplasm resources in Mingtang, which provides a theoretical basis for the conservation, breeding and utilization of Camellia oleifera germplasm.
