市场经济与互联网的飞速发展,大数据时代到来,互联网下集资呈现涉案金额逐年放大、跨区域流动作案、隐蔽性、职业化、专业化特点.通过对线下集资与互联网集资的区别分析,充分说明了防控和治理此类犯罪的重要性.就要积极构建社会信用体系,规范金融市场化,立法方面加快互联网非法集资立法,增加罪名,拓宽互联网非法集资犯罪的处罚,增加资格刑,扩发互联网金融犯罪主体;执法中严格控制证据范围,加强证据搜集有效性,让网络融资在阳光下健康运行.
