目前机场自助行李托运系统的应用刚刚起步,本文从硬件架构和旅客服务流程角度,简要归类为一站式、两站式产品,从布置方式的角度分析,介绍了传统柜台的正交和新的侧交两种安装模式,并分解了旅客自助托运流程,尝试提出了将自助托运系统分为前置柜台与投放点结合方式,以提高服务效率。 At present, the application of airport self-service baggage check-in system has just started.
