文化创意产业是21世纪的朝阳产业,是当今各发达国家和地区争相发展的重点产业之一。发展文化创意产业具有重要战略意义。唐山市作为资源型城市,应该发展文化创意产业,实现城市转型。文化创意产业急切需要政府部门的重视、引导、支持和推动,财政政策、税收政策、法律政策、金融政策、产业政策和人力资源政策必须协调配合,形成一套科学、有效的政策支撑体系,推进唐山市文化创意产业的发展。
