商务谈判是高校管理、贸易等专业的核心课程,其重要性不言而喻,但教师如何教,学生如何学,才能最终达到提高学生商务谈判能力的教学效果,一直是学生、教师探讨的问题。笔者在多年的教学中,不断进行改革、探讨和总结,形成了一种较为成熟的教学模式——“席明纳”模式。“席明纳”模式是西方发达国家大学文科教学的重要形式。它的出现,引起了西方大学文科教学范式的重大变化,即由过去“讲授式”变为“讲授—讨论”的二元结构模式。
Business negotiation is the core course of university management and trade. Its importance is self-evident. However, how teachers teach and how students learn can finally achieve the goal of improving students’ ability of business negotiation. This has always been a question for students and teachers . The author in many years of teaching, continuous reform, discussion and conclusion, forming a more mature teaching mode - “Xi Minna ” mode. “Xi Minna ” model is an important form of liberal arts teaching in western developed countries. Its emergence has caused a significant change in the liberal arts teaching paradigm in Western universities, that is, the dual structural model of “teaching-discussing” from the past “lecturing” to “lecturing”.
