扩血管药物用以治疗充血性心力衰竭已获公认.大多数扩血管药物都能改善左室泵功能和全心功能.然而其对局部循环,例如冠状循环的影响,报道甚少.扩血管药物巯甲丙脯氨酸、肼苯哒嗪和哌唑嗪均通过外周血管的扩张作用而改善左室泵功能,但其作用机制不尽相同,因而冠状血管床对之反应也不类同.本文评价上述药物对慢性缺血性心力衰竭患者冠状动脉血流动力学和心肌代谢的效应.方法:14例继发于冠状动脉疾病的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者,均为男性,年龄46~70岁,平均60岁.全部病例经心电图证实有前壁心肌梗塞,6例还伴有下壁心肌梗塞.试验前停服扩血管药物4天,
It has been recognized that vasodilators are used to treat congestive heart failure, and most vasodilators can improve left ventricular pump function and cardiac function, however, little is known about the effects of local circulation, such as coronary circulation. Captopril, hydralazine and prazosin all improve left ventricular pump function through the expansion of peripheral blood vessels, but their mechanism of action is not the same, so the response of coronary vascular beds is not the same.
