新生儿窒息是造成新生儿脑伤残的主要原因,早期诊断、早期干预可明显降低患儿的病死率及伤残率,但这仍是一个难点。目前国内外多项研究发现,应用彩色多普勒监测新生儿脑血流动力学以及实验室检测脑特异性蛋白能早期诊断新生儿窒息,但由于多种因素的影响,两种检查方法均未能在临床实际中得到广泛的应用,因此加强对两者的进一步研究,使其能在临床实际中得到推广和应用,对临床早期诊断、早期干预及早期治疗新生儿窒息具有重要意义。“,”Neonatal asphyxia remains a major cause of neonatal brain injury,andthe early diagnosis and intervention will reduce the mortality and disability rate remarkably,but it is still a difficulty.At present, many studies in both domestic and international field found,the detection of cerebral hemodynamic by color Doppler ultrasonography and specific protein by laboratory examination can be used for the diagnosis of neo-natal asphyxia in the early stage.But due to the influence of various factors,both of them are not widely used in clinical,therefore further study on them to realize the application and popularization in clinical has great significance for early diagnosis,early intervention and early treatment of neonatal asphyxia.
