采用AB-8,S-8,X-5,聚酰胺4种树脂,探讨对杨桃多酚的吸附和解吸条件。结果表明,AB-8树脂是适宜杨桃多酚分离纯化的吸附剂。AB-8树脂对杨桃多酚的动态吸附量随上柱样液浓度的降低、上柱流速的增加而减少,适宜的上柱流速为2 BV/h流速。按照2 BV/h流速对杨桃多酚进行洗脱,在乙醇体积分数为54%时出现洗脱高峰。
AB-8, S-8, X-5 and polyamide were used to study the adsorption and desorption conditions of star-fruit polyphenol. The results showed that AB-8 resin was suitable for the separation and purification of carambola polyphenols. The dynamic adsorption capacity of AB-8 resin to the star aniseed polyphenols decreased with the increase of the sample concentration on the column, and the flow rate on the column decreased to 2 BV / h. Carambola polyphenols were eluted at a flow rate of 2 BV / h. Peak elution appeared when ethanol volume fraction was 54%.
