目的观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将50例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用NB-UVB联合泛昔洛韦等药物治疗,对照组单独应用泛昔洛韦等药物治疗。结果治疗组在疼痛缓解、水疱吸收、结痂及痊愈时间均显著早于对照组,带状疱疹后遗神经痛的发生率也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 NB-UVB对治疗带状疱疹有不错的疗效,可以缩短病程,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Narrowband ultraviolet (NB-UVB) combined with famciclovir in the treatment of shingles. Methods Fifty patients with shingles were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with drugs such as NB-UVB and famciclovir. The control group was treated with famciclovir and other drugs alone. Results The pain relief, blister absorption, crusting and recovery time of the treatment group were significantly earlier than the control group, and the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia was also significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion NB-UVB has a good curative effect on the treatment of shingles, which can shorten the course of the disease and reduce the incidence of complications.
