目的 探讨性激素失衡与脑梗死 ( CI)的关系及其引起 CI可能的机制。方法 采用放射免疫法测定 5 2例急性 CI患者及 3 5名健康对照者的血清性激素水平 ;并对其中 2 6例 CI恢复期患者的性激素进行复查 ;采用沉淀飘浮酶联法及乙酰丙酮显色法测定两组血脂。结果 CI患者急性期、恢复期男性雌二醇 ( E2 )、E2 /睾酮 ( T)比值明显高于对照组男性 ( P<0 .0 1、P<0 .0 5 ) ,急性期、恢复期女性 E2 明显低于对照组女性 ( P<0 .0 1、P<0 .0 5 ) ,此改变与病情轻重无关。CI组血清 TC、L DL - C显著高于对照组 ;HDL - C、HDL2 - C显著低于对照组。男性患者 E2 、E2 / T比值与 TC、L DL - C呈正相关 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,与 HDL - C、HDL2 - C、HDL3- C呈负相关 ( P<0 .0 1、P<0 .0 5 ) ;女性患者 E2 与 TC、L DL - C呈负相关 ( P<0 .0 5、P<0 .0 1) ,与 HDL - C、HDL2 - C呈正相关 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 CI急性期男性 E2 、E2 / T比值升高 ,女性 E2 水平降低。CI的发病机制之一是血脂代谢紊乱 ,从而引起动脉粥样硬化
Objective To investigate the relationship between sex hormone imbalance and cerebral infarction (CI) and its possible mechanism of CI. Methods The levels of serum sex hormones in 52 acute CI patients and 35 healthy controls were determined by radioimmunoassay. The sex hormones of 26 patients with convalescent CI were retrospectively analyzed. Act determination of two groups of blood lipids. Results The ratio of estradiol (E2) and E2 / testosterone in acute and convalescent CI patients was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01, P <0.05), acute and convalescent Female E2 was significantly lower than the control group of women (P <0 01, P <0 05), this change has nothing to do with the severity of illness. The levels of TC, L, DL - C in CI group were significantly higher than those in control group; HDL - C and HDL2 - C were significantly lower than those in control group. The E2 and E2 / T ratios in male patients were positively correlated with TC and L DL - C (P <0.05), and negatively correlated with HDL - C, HDL2 - C and HDL3 - C (P <0.01, P <0.05). There was a negative correlation between E2 and TCL and L - DL in female patients (P <0.05, P <0.01), and was positively correlated with HDL - C and HDL2 - C .0 1). Conclusion The ratio of E2 / E2 / T in men with acute CI increased and the level of E2 decreased in women with acute CI. One of the pathogenesis of CI is dyslipidemia, which causes atherosclerosis
