企业在生产经营中,劳资双方经常是矛盾的对立面,但更是命运的共同体,只要有企业存在,就离不开工人这个群体;企业要健康发展,就必须依靠工人这个群体。关心并重视工人群众的合理需求,帮助他们解决实际困难,才能使职工群众对企业产生向心力,企业的健康发展才会有坚实的基础。理性、科学、合法地解决劳资矛盾,值得许多企业学习和借鉴。
In the course of production and operation, both employers and employees are often the opposite of opposites. However, they are even a community of fates.
