这学期,我接任的是一个大班。经过一段时间的相处,我发现孩子们的表达表现能力不尽如人意,常常表现出揪衣角、伸舌头、双臂夹紧、身体僵硬等焦虑、紧张的神态。在与原任教师交流后我了解到以前幼儿表现的机会比较少,大部分幼儿羞于当众表达。由此,我想到从讲故事入手,帮助孩子培养自信,提高表达表现能力。才艺展示会有了想法以后,我就立即引领孩子进入积极的准备状态。我先让孩子自选一个喜欢的故事,待熟悉故事内容后让他们在小组
This semester, I took over as a big class. After a period of time getting along, I found that children’s expression performance is not satisfactory, often showing the anxiety, tension, tongue stretch, arms clamping, body stiffness and other anxiety. After communicating with my former teacher, I learned that there were few opportunities for young children to behave before. Most of the children were ashamed to express their opinions in public. Therefore, I think from the story to start to help children develop self-confidence and improve their ability to express. Talent show with ideas, I immediately lead the children into a positive state of readiness. I let the children choose a favorite story, to be familiar with the story and let them in the group
