目的探讨猴头菌-地龙(HD)生物转化物体内外抗凝血活性。方法以华法林钠为西药阳性对照组,以逐瘀通脉胶囊为中药阳性对照组,以地龙和猴头菌为HD生物转化物的原料药材对照组,生理盐水为阴性对照组,将36只健康家兔分6组分别灌胃各组药物水煎液或混悬液,30~40 min后耳缘静脉采血,离心,将血浆置于凝血分析仪上测定凝血活酶时间和凝血酶原时间,进行统计分析。结果在给定剂量下,体内抗凝血活性:华法林钠片>HD生物转化物>地龙≈逐瘀通脉胶囊>生理盐水≈猴头菌,体外抗凝血活性:HD生物转化物>地龙>猴头菌≈华法林钠片≈生理盐水≈逐瘀通脉胶囊。结论HD生物转化物有显著的抗凝血活性,有良好的开发应用前景。

Conclusion HD biotransformations have significant anticoagulant activity and have good prospect of development and application.
