目的应用精细化管理降低硬式内镜器械损坏率。方法比较2012年常规管理下硬式内镜器械与2013年运用精细化管理后硬式内镜器械的损坏情况。结果常规管理硬式内镜器械共150 696件,损坏424件,器械损坏率为2.81‰。运用精细化管理硬式内镜器械共175 437件,损坏101件,器械损坏率为0.58‰。结论运用精细化管理能有效地降低器械的损坏率,保障器械质量,节约成本。
Objective To reduce the damage rate of hard endoscopic instruments by applying meticulous management. Methods The comparison between the rigid endoscopic instruments under the routine management in 2012 and the hard endoscopic instruments using the fine management in 2013 was conducted. Results A total of 150 696 hard endoscopic instruments were routinely managed and 424 were damaged. The damage rate was 2.81 ‰. A total of 175 437 hard-wearing endoscopic instruments were managed with fine management, 101 were damaged, and the equipment damage rate was 0.58 ‰. Conclusion The use of sophisticated management can effectively reduce the rate of damage to equipment to protect the quality of equipment, cost savings.
