把立德树人作为教育的根本任务,培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,是国家对教育工作提出的明确要求,是学校一切工作的出发点和立足点。西安高新第一中学认真落实立德树人根本任务,积极探索学生品德发展的有效途径,将品德发展作为对学生综合评价的首要因素。具体来说,学校主要从落实德育常规、构建课程体系、搭建展示平台、注重榜样引领和德育科研等方面促进学生的品德发展。
