利用多种测试手段、从不同方面研究了含碳锰矿的固态还原,并根据不同配碳方式对还原率的影响和团块内孔,隙率对反应速率和模式的影响进行了探讨。表明还原主要是通过CO的中间介质作用进行的气—固反应。文中还讨论了不同还原阶段里的限速环节。指出孕育期间是团块内部的气相传输限速。根据还原率曲线及CO、CO_2的累计量(mol)比例分析了高速反应期间的特征,认为是团块内部的气相传输和Eoudouard反应的混合限速,而在强还原条件下,还原反应本身也可能成为反应后期中的限速环节之一。
The solid state reduction of carbon-bearing manganese ore was studied from different aspects by various testing methods. The effects of different carbon-matching methods on the reduction rate and the influence of pore and void ratio on the reaction rate and mode were also discussed. It shows that the reduction is mainly gas-solid reaction through the intermediary of CO. The paper also discusses the speed limit in different restoration stages. Pointed out that during the incubation period is the internal gas transmission velocity limit. According to the reduction rate curve and CO, CO_2 cumulative amount (mol) ratio analysis of the characteristics of high-speed reaction period, that is the mixing of gas-phase transport and Eoudouard reaction within the clumps, and under strong reduction conditions, the reduction reaction itself It may become one of the speed limits in the later part of the reaction.
