针对广西某钨锡多金属矿非金属矿物含量高的特点,以其选厂钨锡尾矿为研究对象,试验采用磁选脱除暗色物质、机械脱泥,以硫酸作调整剂、十二胺作捕收剂浮选云母;再以硫酸作调整剂、十八胺+SDS阴阳离子混合捕收剂浮选长石,实现长石与石英无氟浮选分离工艺。全流程闭路试验获得长石精矿K2O+Na2O品位12.19%、K2O回收率70.15%、Na2O回收率73.24%;石英精矿SiO2品位98.14%。云母、长石、石英均达到建材原料使用标准。
In view of the high content of nonmetallic minerals in a tungsten-tin polymetallic ore in Guangxi Province, the tungsten-tin tailing of its beneficiation plant was taken as the research object. The removal of dark matter by magnetic separation, mechanical desliming, sulfuric acid as regulator, As flotation mica collector; and then sulfuric acid as a regulator, octadecylamine + SDS anion and cation mixed collector flotation feldspar, feldspar and quartz to achieve non-fluorine flotation separation process. In the whole process closed-circuit test, the feldspar concentrate K2O + Na2O grade 12.19%, K2O recovery 70.15%, Na2O recovery 73.24%; quartz concentrate SiO2 grade 98.14%. Mica, feldspar, quartz have reached the standard of raw materials used in building materials.
