随着十五届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于国有企业改革与发展若干重大问题的决定》的公布,企业医院与企业脱离在即,企业医院的生存和发展面临着新的挑战。我院领导审时度势,提出了“内强素质、外树形象、内抓管理、外争资源”的发展思路,具体做法是:
With the promulgation of the “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Major Issues Concerning the Reform and Development of State-owned Enterprises” adopted at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, corporate hospitals and enterprises are out of reach, and the survival and development of corporate hospitals are facing new challenges.
