目前,我国高职院校合唱与指挥教学已经有了很大的进步和提高,但在教学和模式中仍存在诸如:过于重视合唱的演唱技巧和指挥动作训练,却忽视合唱训练中实际运用能力的培养;教学内容单一,不注重学生的实践能力培养;课程目标定位不准、授课形式枯燥等问题。这对于高校合唱与指挥教学的长远发展是极其不利的。怎样改进教学模式更快、更好地培养合格的合唱指挥人才?这已是合唱与指挥教学的一个重要课题。本文结合自身教学实际,通过如何创新合唱与指挥课程教学模式,从七个方面进行了分析与研究。

This is extremely unfavorable to the long-term development of college choral and command teaching. How to improve the teaching mode faster and better to train qualified chorus commanding personnel? This is an important issue of choral and command teaching. Based on my own teaching practice, this article analyzes and studies from seven aspects through how to innovate the teaching mode of choral and command courses.
