由四川大学历史文化学院和高等教育出版社文科学术出版中心共同主办的“中国历史学前沿”第一次学术研讨会于2008年4月18日在四川大学召开。这次会议有两个相互关联的话题:一是如何将《中国历史学前沿》(Frontiers of History in China)①办成一份高质量的国际性学术期刊;二是如何促进中国的历史学研究,使之体现和引领世界范围的历史学前沿。与会代表都是熟知国内外历史学研究动态的知名学者,会议根据代表的发言整理了一组笔谈,以飨学界。
The 1st Symposium on Frontiers of Chinese History, co-sponsored by the Institute of History and Culture of Sichuan University and the Academic Publishing Center of Arts of Higher Education Press, was held on April 18, 2008 in Sichuan University. There are two interconnected topics at this conference: first, how to make the Frontiers of History in China a high-quality international academic journal; and second, how to promote the study of history in China , So that it reflects and leads the history of the forefront of the world. Participants are all well-known scholars familiar with the history of domestic and foreign research, the meeting based on the speeches of the delegates put together a group of written talks to the academic community.
