1993年,浙江省港口协会解放思想,开拓创新,在协会工作的各个方面都取得了一定的成绩。 一、课题研究出成果 该会会员中,极大多数为科技人员。该会抓住这一优势,积极组织科技人员进行课题研究。浙江省港航体制下放给地方后,一些港航工程单位由“吃皇粮”改为“自找米吃”,在竞争激烈的市场经济中遇到了一些困难,针对这种情况,省港协专门对这些单位进行了“基本情况”、“经营机制”、“机械设备”等方面的课题调查,根据调查情况。组织有关专家进行研究,寻找摆脱困境的途径。例如,长湖申线航道来往船舶密度大,航行船舶数量、船舶类型、船舶航向用目测很费力,为解决此难题,该会组织了浙江大学、湖州航管处的有关专家进行调查、研究,研制先进的测量设备,去年11月份,已制出了样机。另外,该会正在与浙江大学联合就船舶测速仪进行探索和研究。
