目的: 探讨恶性肿瘤患者放射治疗部位骨显像的放射性分布改变。方法:53 例乳腺癌、30 例鼻咽癌、49 例肺癌、22 例食管癌患者行99m Tc- MDP全身骨显像, 对放射治疗部位骨显像剂浓聚的情况进行观察分析。结果: 154 例患者中77 例(50% )放射性浓聚异常。其中47 例(30-5%)局部软组织浓聚, 32 例(20-8%) 局部骨放射性浓聚减低,12 例(7-8%)局部骨放射性浓聚增高。8 例有两种改变,3 例有三种改变。照射剂量<30Gy 组与≥30Gy 组间显像剂浓聚异常有显著性差异(P< 0-05)。结论: 放射治疗可引起骨、软组织浓聚显像剂异常, 询问患者的放射治疗史对骨显像结果的正确诊断非常必要。
Objective: To investigate the changes of radiation distribution in bone radiographs in patients with malignant tumors. Methods: 99m Tc-MDP whole body bone scintigraphy was performed in 53 cases of breast cancer, 30 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, 49 cases of lung cancer and 22 cases of esophageal cancer. The concentration of bone imaging agent in radiotherapy site was observed and analyzed. Results: Of 154 patients, 77 (50%) had radioactive accumulation abnormalities. Of these, 47 cases (30-5%) had local soft tissue accumulation, 32 (20-8%) local bone concentration decreased, and 12 cases (7-8%) local bone concentration increased. There are two changes in 8 cases and three changes in 3 cases. There was a significant difference (P <0-05) in imaging agent abnormalities between irradiation dose <30 Gy and ≥30 Gy. Conclusion: Radiotherapy can cause the abnormal imaging of bone and soft tissue imaging. It is necessary to ask the patient’s history of radiotherapy for correct diagnosis of bone imaging.
