水合物控制是呼图壁储气库采气系统的重要环节,通过开展水合物控制方案优化研究可以降低成本投入。使用PVTsim软件进行水合物相平衡计算,优化已有储气库采气系统水合物防治方案,从经济安全角度出发,得到呼图壁储气库集配站最佳甲醇注入的质量分数为15%~20%;为了提高原料气进站温度,解决低温下凝析油凝固的问题,提出加热法水合物防治方案,并使用HYSYS软件进行模拟,对甲醇注入方案与加热方案的经济性进行对比分析,最终得到临界水气比为2.1 g/m~3,可为储气库系统的安全运行及节能降耗提供技术支持。
Hydrate control is an important part of the gas recovery system in the Hutubi gas storage reservoir. Cost control can be reduced through the hydrate control scheme optimization. The PVTsim software was used to calculate the hydrate phase equilibrium and optimize the hydrate control scheme of the gas storage system in the existing gas storage.
