目的探讨社会支持对医学专业大学一年级新生孤独感的影响。方法从某医科大学2008级大一新生中随机抽取620名作为研究对象,采用情绪—社交孤独问卷和社会支持评定量表作为研究工具。结果①存在孤立和孤独状态的医学专业大一新生占相当一部分比例;②医学专业大一新生的孤独感与社会支持总分(t=-3.94,P=0.001)及支持利用度(t=-2.916,P=0.001)和客观支持(t=-7.14,P=0.001)因子分有关,个人社会支持总分及支持利用度和客观支持因子分越高,其孤独感水平越低。结论①医学专业大一新生存在不同程度的孤独情绪体验;②社会支持是医学专业大一新生产生孤独感的影响因素。
Objective To explore the influence of social support on freshmen’s loneliness in medical college. Methods A total of 620 randomly selected 620 freshmen from a medical college were selected as research objects. The questionnaire of emotional-social loneliness and social support rating scale were used as research tools. Results (1) The proportion of freshmen in medicine with isolated and lonely status accounted for a significant proportion of the freshmen; (2) The scores of loneliness and social support (t = -3.94, P = 0.001) and supportive utilization 2.916, P = 0.001) and objective support (t = -7.14, P = 0.001). The higher the individual social support total score, the supportive utility score and the objective support factor score, the lower the sense of loneliness. Conclusions ① There is varying degrees of solitary emotional experience in the freshmen of the medical profession; ② Social support is the influencing factor of the loneliness of the freshmen in the medical profession.
