目的分析急性心肌梗死患者急救中全程优化急诊护理的临床效果.方法选取98例急性心肌梗死患者,以随机化法分为对照组(常规急诊护理)与观察组(全程优化急诊护理).对比两组患者的急救时间与住院时间,记录急救成功率与复发率.结果观察组急救时间(38.32±3.02)min,明显低于对照组(57.89±3.15)min,观察组住院时间(14.26±3.67)d,明显少于对照组(20.98±4.32)d;观察组急救成功率(95.92%)明显高于对照组(81.63%),观察组复发率
