目的:调查分析学生营养与食品安全知识、态度、行为。方法:运用随机抽样的方法选取我校753名学生,预调查后自制调查问卷对其营养与食品安全知识、态度、行为进行调查分析。结果:女生的营养与食品安全知识、态度、行为得分均明显比男生高(P<0.05);理科学生的营养与食品安全态度、行为得分均明显比高(P<0.05),但在知识方面的得分之间的差异不显著(P>0.05);三年级学生的营养与食品安全知识、态度得分均明显比一年级、二年级高(P<0.05),但在行为方面的得分之间的差异不显著(P>0.05);影响学生营养与食品安全行为的主要因素为性别、专业、知识、态度(P<0.05),年级对学生营养与食品安全行为的影响不大(P>0.05)。结论:学生营养与食品安全知识、态度、行为还有待提升,学校应该积极采取有针对性的措施加强对学生的营养与食品安全教育。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of students in nutrition and food safety. Methods: 753 students in our school were selected by random sampling method, and their questionnaires were used to investigate the knowledge, attitude and behavior of nutrition and food safety. Results: The nutrition, food safety knowledge, attitudes and behavior scores were significantly higher in girls than in boys (P <0.05). The nutrition and food safety attitudes and behavioral scores of science students were significantly higher than those of boys (P <0.05) (P0.05) .Nutrition and food safety knowledge and attitude scores of third graders were significantly higher than those of first and second years (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the scores of behavior (P> 0.05). The main factors influencing student nutrition and food safety behaviors were gender, specialty, knowledge and attitude (P <0.05), and grade had little effect on student nutrition and food safety behavior (P> 0.05) . Conclusion: Knowledge, attitudes and behavior of students’ nutrition and food safety need to be improved. Schools should take targeted measures to strengthen their nutrition and food safety education.
