国务院批转的《关于2012年深化经济体制改革重点工作的意见》提出,2012年将实施居民阶梯电价改革方案。现在,各地正制定阶梯电价实施方案,将在经过听证程序后实行。居民用电阶梯电价不同于原先实行的单一电价,在落实过程中不可避免的将会出现一些影响电费回收的新情况、新问题,供电企业需要积极谋划,提前准备,才能确保电费的正常回收和按时结零。
