为加强门诊病案管理,为医院和患者提供准确快捷的服务,我院采取了加强制度建设、定期进行督导检查、召开工作总结会、推行数字化门诊病案等一系列措施,加强门诊病案的全面管理,并加强了对职工的人文关怀和科室的文化建设。经过半年多的实践,门诊病案管理初见成效,保证了病案传送、归档等各项工作的有序开展,建立了一个和谐、进取、高效的团队;工作得到了相关科室和人员的认可。今后我院将继续加强门诊病案管理,为推动医院医疗水平和管理能力的持续提高发挥建设性作用。
