本文选用中华硬蜱(Ixodessinensis,Teng)雌性成虫唾液腺抗原(SGA)对家兔进行人工免疫接种,在按常规方法免疫接种三次后,用中华硬蜱成虫进行感染(叮咬),分别观察唾液腺抗原接种组、佐剂对照组和空白对照组中华硬蜱的吸血、生殖情况。结果显示,中华硬蜱叮咬唾液抗原免疫接种兔后其吸血量、产卵量均较对照组显著降低,其中大部分雌蜱不能达到饱食状态,蜱的吸血量较佐剂和空白对照组分别下降61.48%和66.04%;中华硬蜱吸血时间略有延长,产卵量指数降低。并对蜱抗原免疫接种诱导宿主产生特异性抵抗力进行了分析讨论。
In this study, artificial insecticides were immunized with female adult salivary gland antigen (SGA) from Ixodessinensis (Teng). After three times of immunization with conventional methods, they were infected (bites) with adults of Ixodes sinensis, and salivary gland antigen Group, adjuvant control group and blank control group Ixodes ixus blood, reproductive situation. The results showed that the sucking amount and the fecundity of ticks after salivary antigen immunization were significantly lower than those of the control group, most of which could not reach the state of full feeding. The suckling volume of ticks was higher than that of adjuvant and blank control group Decreased by 61.48% and 66.04% respectively. The Chinese Ixodes sibiricus slightly prolonged blood-sucking time and the index of fecundity decreased. The specific resistance induced by tick antigen immunization was also discussed.
