在大型江河定向钻穿越工程中,如何做好穿越管道的防腐层保护,避免管道穿越过程中防腐层的机械损伤,确保工程质量和后期运行安全,同时降低回拖阻力,提高穿越工程的施工效率,是目前设计和施工中需要解决的重要难题。以江都-如东天然气管道项目长江定向钻穿越工程为例,其是国内同管径中最长的大型江河定向钻穿越,工程投资大,质量要求高,为防范回拖过程中砾石层对穿越管道3PE防腐层磨损、划伤及补口套滑脱、撕裂两类主要风险并降低回拖阻力,引用环氧玻璃钢外防护层技术为穿越管道防腐层提供机械性能保护,现场人员结合设计开展环氧玻璃钢防护层涂覆工艺研究,并在该穿越工程大规模实际应用中取得了良好效果,可为今后同类型江河定向钻穿越工程的设计和施工提供借鉴与参考。
