目的：建立ＩＶＦ／ＥＴ技术治疗不孕症。方法：孕药和黄体酮调控周期，ｈＭＧ－ｈＣＧ超促排孵，Ｂ超下取卵，培养４８ｈ后移植。结果：首批５例患者２例受孕分娩。结论：ＩＶＦ／ＥＴ是治疗不孕症的可靠手段，并将促进生殖医学研究。
Objective: To establish IVF / ET technique for infertility treatment. Methods: Pregnancy and progesterone control cycle, hMG-hCG hyperactivity-hatching, B sub-ovulation, 48h after transplantation. Results: The first 5 patients 2 cases of pregnancy and childbirth. Conclusion: IVF / ET is a reliable treatment of infertility and will promote reproductive medicine research.
