对大学毕业生来说,初入职场,需要做很多相关的思想准备、法律常识及知识技能储备以完成从学生到职场人士的快速转换。而试用期是毕业生首先要面对的职场“挑战”。在职场上,把“试用期”当成“剥削期”、“白用期”已经成了一些无良老板逃避法定义务的惯用伎俩。作为初入职场的大学生,在做好自身职业定位的同时,应该全面了解《劳动合同法》有关试用期的相关规定,以保护自身的权益不受侵犯,尽快实现蜕变,达到一种全新的生活状态。
For university graduates, entering the workforce requires a lot of relevant preparation, legal knowledge and knowledge and skills to complete the rapid transition from student to workplace. The probationary period is the first job the graduates should face “challenge”. In the workplace, the “probationary period ” as “exploitation period ”, “white period ” has become the usual trick for unscrupulous employers to evade legal obligations. While entering the job market, college students should fully understand the relevant provisions of the “Labor Contract Law” regarding probationary period so as to protect their own rights and interests from being infringed upon, to achieve transformation as soon as possible and achieve a brand new life status.
