目的 :探索科学化、规范化工人工耳蜗植入术后听觉语言康复模式 ,评估听觉语言康复效果。方法 :使用普通话听觉语言康复教程 ,对 5例人工耳蜗术后自然声音、韵母、声母、四声声调的察觉辨认训练 ,对单词单句的辨认与理解训练平均 6~ 18个月。结果 :5例对自然声音的察觉成绩为10 0 % ,韵母的分辨率为 94 1% ,声母的分辨率为 76 0 % ,四声的分辨率为 78 6%。结论 :使用普通话人工耳蜗听觉语言康复教程 ,对 5例人工耳蜗术后者进行科学化系统化地听觉语言康复训练成绩显著 ,评估的资料科学、完整、统一 ,可以作为标准化听觉语言康复评估的依据。
OBJECTIVE: To explore a scientific and standardized auditory language rehabilitation model of cochlear implants for assessing auditory and language rehabilitation. Methods: Using the Mandarin Hearing Language Rehabilitation Course, the training of perceiving and recognizing the natural sounds, vowels, initials, and four tones of cochlear implants in cochlear implants was performed on an average of 6 to 18 months. Results: In 5 cases, the perceived grade of natural sound was 100%. The final vowel resolution was 94.1%. The initial consonant resolution was 76.0% and the four-voice resolution was 78.6%. CONCLUSIONS: Using the Mandarin Cochlear Auditory Speech Rehabilitation Course, five patients with cochlear cochlear implants performed scientifically and systematically auditory language rehabilitation training. The evaluation data are scientific, complete and uniform, and can be used as the basis for the evaluation of standardized auditory speech rehabilitation .
