本文报道了凝聚二氧化硅粉尘对工人肺影响的观察结果。经五年多观察,车间空气中粉尘平均浓度为3mg/m~3,分散度<5μm者占71%以上,粉尘内不合结晶型SiO_2。181名有完整资料的接尘工人中发现28例0~+者,其平均接尘工龄16.14年。X线胸片表现以类圆型阴影为主伴不规则小阴影及叶间胸膜损害,但在程度和范围上尚不足为诊断“尘肺”的依据。肺功能检查呈阻塞性通气功能障碍。结合动物实验资料,认为不能忽视凝聚二氧化硅粉尘对工人健康的危害。
This article reports the observations of agglomerated silica dust on workers’ lungs. After more than five years’ observation, the average dust concentration in workshop was 3mg / m ~ 3, the dispersion degree was less than 5μm, accounting for more than 71%, and there were 28 cases 0 ~ + Who, the average dust cleaning service length 16.14 years.
