目的:确定不同氧含量对新生隐球菌形态学的影响。方法:以厌氧、微需氧和二氧化碳产气袋建立不同氧含量培养条件,以大气条件为正常氧含量培养条件,存酵母膏胨葡萄糖培养基(YPD)、YES培养基、多巴和咖啡酸等培养基在37℃下培养3 d至7 d后,观察不同氧含量培养条件下新生隐球菌形态和产黑素情况。结果:厌氧条件下所有受试菌株的菌落直径明显减小(P<0.05),且不产生黑素结论:新生隐球菌可在厌氧条件下生长。氧含量下降(<21%)抑制新生隐球菌的生长及黑素形成,不同菌株对氧含量变化的反应不同。
Objective: To determine the different oxygen content of Cryptococcus neoformans morphology. Methods: The culture conditions of different oxygen content were established with anaerobic, micro-aerobic and carbon dioxide-producing bags. The culture conditions of normal oxygen content, yeast extract yeast peptone glucose medium (YPD), YES medium, dopa and coffee Acid and other culture medium at 37 ℃ for 3 d to 7 d after the observation of different forms of oxygen content of Cryptococcus neoformans morphology and production of melanin situation. Results: The colony diameters of all the tested strains were significantly reduced under anaerobic conditions (P <0.05), and no melanin was produced. Conclusion: Cryptococcus neoformans can grow under anaerobic conditions. The decrease of oxygen content (<21%) inhibited the growth of Cryptococcus neoformans and the formation of melanin. The response of different strains to the change of oxygen content was different.
