黎光明(1900-1946),字静修,一字敬修、劲修,四川都江堰市灌口镇人,回族。南京东南大学高年级肄业,1926年任教于广东省立第二师范学校(今韩师)。1927年毕业于广州中山大学,旋入中央研究院从事历史语言研究。1929年供职于燕京大学图书馆。1931-1938年,先后在重庆大学、成都大学、四川大学、江西庐山星子训练班、中央军校成都分校任教。1938年8月至1944年底,先后任四川省立绵阳中学、私立荫唐中学、省立成都中学校长,三民主义青年团四川支部干事兼书记,国民党成都市党部执行委员,成都市临时参议会参议员,四川省第十六区专员公署秘书等职。1945年调任靖化县县长,1946年,以诛锄恶霸殉职于任所。

From 1931 to 1938, successively taught at Chongqing University, Chengdu University, Sichuan University, Jiangxi Lushan Xingzi Training Course and Central Military Academy Chengdu Branch. From August 1938 to the end of 1944, he served successively as Sichuan provincial Mianyang High School, private Yin Middle School, provincial Chengdu High School principal, secretary and secretary of the Sichuan Branch of the Three People’s Democratic Youth League, an executive member of the Chengdu Municipal Party Committee of the Kuomintang, the provisional council of Chengdu Senator, Secretary of the 16th District Commission of Sichuan Province, and other staff. In 1945 transferred to the governor of Jinghua County, 1946, to punish hoes bully died at their posts.
