在飞机动力装置定型试飞中,往往需要在载机上加装电负载系统进行模拟加载,以完成对其工作性能的考核。文章从设计方案及工作特点方面对液冷式及风冷式机载电负载系统进行比较。针对风冷式电负载系统的对气动及操稳特性产生不利影响的缺点,引出散热器安装在载机机身内的液冷式电负载系统。然后对这两种电负载系统进行对比分析,剖析其各自的优缺点,并在文章最后进行了总结。
In the aircraft power plant stereotypes flight, often need to add on-board electrical load system simulation load, in order to complete its work performance assessment. The article compares the liquid-cooled and air-cooled on-board electrical load system from the aspects of design scheme and working characteristics. In view of the disadvantage of the air-cooled electric load system that adversely affects the aerodynamic and handling characteristics, a liquid-cooled electric load system with the radiator mounted in the carrier body is introduced. Then compare and analyze the two kinds of electric load system, analyze their own advantages and disadvantages, and conclude the article at the end.
