目的:探索和实践护理专业师资梯队分层培养模式。方法:通过分析师资状况,制定分层培养计划,明确分层培养目标和任务,对教师实行分层培养。结果:分层培养模式取得较好成效,形成合理的师资梯队,团队整体教学能力得到提升,教学科研成绩显著。讨论:师资分层培养可避免师资队伍建设中的断层现象,保证了师资队伍建设发展的连贯性,是切实可行的师资队伍培养模式。
Objective: To explore and practice nursing teachers’ echelon stratification training mode. Methods: By analyzing the status of teachers, develop a plan of training in different levels, clarify the objectives and tasks of training in different levels, and train the teachers in different levels. Results: The stratification model achieved better results, formed a reasonable teacher echelon, the overall teaching ability of the team improved, and the teaching and research achievements were remarkable. Discussion: The stratification training of teachers can avoid the fault phenomenon in the construction of the teaching staff and ensure the continuity of the construction of the teaching staff. It is a feasible training mode for the teaching staff.
