通过数学课堂的教学提高学生分析问题,解决问题的能力,发展学生的应用数学意识是《全日制义务教育数学课程标准》中明确提出的,数学应用题是检查学生能应用所学知识来解决问题的有效途径。同时,在具体的、与实际生活联系中,能最大限度提高学生学习数学的积极性,还能够让数学回归生活,体现数学源于生活,服务生活的本质,学生在学习数学应用题的过程中,能体会到数学的实用价值,有利于提高学生的数学素养,培养学生的应用数学来解决实际问题的能力。
